Your convention.
Your app.

ConHon gives your event a branded app on iOS and Android, and a dashboard to run it from. Your logo, your colours, your name on the store listing.

One app instead of a PDF and a Discord channel.

Most conventions run on a timetable PDF, a floor plan taped to a wall, and an announcements channel half the attendees never open. When a panel moves rooms, people find out when they walk into the wrong one.

ConHon replaces that with one app. You publish the programme, the floor plan, the exhibitor list and the announcements from a dashboard. Attendees get them on their phone, keep the sessions they saved, and get a notification when something changes.

Your name on the store listing. Your icon on the home screen. Your colours all the way through.

What attendees actually get.

Programme

Days, rooms, search, and a star on anything worth remembering. Sessions running now are badged live. Saved ones send a reminder before they start.

Floor plan

An interactive map with a layer per hall. Tap a stand, a stage or a room to see who is in it and what is on there next.

Sticker hunt

Print QR stickers, hide them around the venue, and watch people walk the far corners of your floor to find them. Every scan is worth points.

Friends

Everyone gets a QR code. Scan someone to add them, which beats spelling out a handle over a loud hall.

Leaderboard

Points from stickers and friends, ranked. Read out the top three at closing and hand someone a prize.

Announcements

Write once, push to every phone. Link it to a session, a stand or a URL so the tap goes somewhere useful.

Exhibitors

Every stand gets a page with a logo, links and a pin on the map. Attendees can favourite the ones they want to come back to.

Works on bad wifi

Content is cached on the device. When the hall network gives up at 2pm on Saturday, the programme still opens.

Everything on your side of it.

The dashboard is where the event lives. Everything an attendee sees is editable there, and edits reach phones without waiting on an app store.

Run it

Edit anything, any time
Programme, floor plan, stickers, announcements and exhibitor pages. Move a panel at 9am on the Saturday and the change is on every phone before the room fills up.
Exhibitors can write their own pages
Optional, and closed until you invite them. Give a stand access and they submit copy, logos and links for you to approve or reject, which beats retyping 90 descriptions the week before.
Roles that match a real crew
Organizers see everything. Staff get limited access. Exhibitors only reach their own stand, and nothing else.
Translated field by field
Pick the languages your event runs in. Every title, description and announcement gets its own version in each, so translating one session leaves the rest of the programme alone. We add interface languages as events need them.

Stay on top of it

See who is actually on the floor
Active right now, active today, and the busiest hour so far, on a timeline split by iOS and Android. Handy on the day. Worth more when you plan next year.
Data requests arrive here
Export and deletion requests land in the dashboard with a record of what was done. The in-app and web forms both feed it.

Sponsorship

Sponsor slots on the home screen
The home screen is yours to arrange. A sponsor can have a slide in the hero carousel with their artwork and a link, or a row of cards pointing at particular stands.
Sponsored sticker hunts
Put a sponsor on a sticker and hand them the QR code for their stand. Every scan is worth points, so attendees come looking for it.

It's your app, not ours.

Attendees search your convention in the App Store and find your convention. Your icon sits on their home screen next to everything else they use that weekend.

Your colours and your fonts run through every screen, and nothing appears in the app that you did not put there. What people open is your event, not a piece of software with your logo dropped on top.

Common questions.

Do attendees need to make an account?

No. The app registers the device the first time it opens and gives it a generated username. There is no email, no password and no sign-up screen for people to give up on while they are queueing to get in.

How do people get the app?

You get a link and a QR code for the event to put on posters, badges, signage, wherever you like. Scanning it opens the app if it is already installed and the store page if it is not, so nobody has to go searching for the right listing.

Who builds it and puts it on the stores?

We do. We build the app against your branding, submit it to the App Store and Google Play, deal with review, and ship the updates afterwards. You never open a developer console.

Can we change things once the doors are open?

Yes. The programme, the floor plan, the stickers and the announcements are all edited from the dashboard, and changes reach phones straight away with no app store in the way. Rooms get swapped and panels run late, so the whole thing is built expecting that.

What if we need something the app doesn't do?

Ask. We build the app, so adding to it is a conversation rather than a dead end, and plenty of conventions run something nobody else does. Tell us what you are missing and we will come back with what it would take and whether it makes your dates.

Will it work when the hall wifi does not?

Content is cached on the device, so the programme and the floor plan still open when the network gives up on the Saturday afternoon. Claiming a sticker or adding a friend needs a connection, but reading what is on carries on working.

What happens to attendee data?

It stays scoped to your event. Export and deletion requests arrive in the dashboard with a record of what was done, and they can come from inside the app or from a web form, which is what app store reviewers look for.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the event and what you want in the app. Tell us what you are planning and roughly when, and we will come back with a number.
